Sourced from the American south, the hickory we harvest is cut in the winter when the sap is not running and then delivered to our production facility in Pequot Lakes where it is used to make high-quality furniture. Hickory has a distinct look that is not native to swaths of the United States with its one-of-a-kind bark that we use in live edges that give our furniture a unique accent. Stain and Bark Options
We have two bark options: classic and refined. Classic is closer to the natural state of hickory where most of the bark is kept. Refined sands down the bark to let the beauty of the inner wood break through which is brought out by our various stains. We offer hickory log furniture in the following stains colors: cinnamon, cognac, espresso, slate, and natural hickory. With these options, we can create the piece of furniture you need to match existing décor or personal tastes.
Handmade to Last
Each piece of furniture that comes out of our production facility is handmade and not mass produced. We use mortise and tenon joinery, screws, nails, and glue either on their own or in combination to ensure it is built to last.
